Voicemail is a service that allows you to leave a message for someone who is not available to answer their phone. To leave a voicemail message on an iPhone, follow these steps:
- Open the Phone app.
- Tap the voicemail tab.
- Tap the New Voicemail button.
- Enter the phone number of the person you want to leave a message for.
- Tap the Record button.
- Speak your message.
- Tap the Stop button.
- Tap the Send button.
Your voicemail message will be sent to the recipient’s phone. They will be able to listen to it when they are available.
